I'm Christina

I am a mom of three, a Registered Psychotherapist, and a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst in Ontario.  I am very passionate to help my clients move into the best version of themselves so they can feel fulfilled and aligned in their everyday lives. I aim to help clients gain clarity about what a great life feels like for them as unique individuals by identifying their own values and goals, and how to live a life based on them.

My Story

Some areas that I am able to support you as an individual, your child or adolescent,  or as a couple with is, fostering strong relationships with others, working through challenging emotions such as; anger, sadness, grief, anxiety and depression, symptoms of ADHD, autism, and other exceptionalities, processing pregnancy loss, infertility,  managing your overall health and wellbeing, learning to set boundaries, and understanding how your own life experiences shape how you go through the journey of parenting and raising a family.

I also support parents to maintain a strong partnership while dealing with the challenges of all different stages of parenthood. In terms of parenting support, I help parents to support children with neurodiversity, emotional sensitivity, trauma, challenging school behaviour, and other unique challenges and gifts that they may present. Parenting can bring forth personal triggers and sometimes change your needs as an individual as well as within your relationship that are important to process and acknowledge.

I am open about my personal experiences that have been some of the hardest and most fulfilling experiences of my life to date. I appreciate the confidence that can come from situations and challenges that at times feel insurmountable. As a therapist, I feel strongly about supporting my clients to prioritize their relationship with themselves. When you feel like you're in a good place, you are able to better connect with those that matter to you in your life.

Life can bring forth challenges that can impact our mental and emotional health in many ways.   My focus as a therapist is to create a safe space to work through these hard moments, to lessen isolation, and to help clients find their strength, joy, and connection despite the often bumpy path in life. I am here to help you connect to your values and beliefs and live a life with integrity.
